Coming This Week: Some 2017 Favorites, Part III

Tooooomorrow (AKA Wednesday) night, at the usual time (11/10C), the third and final part of the SttM 2017 retrospective trilogy will air on Radio NOPE.

This one goes back to club tempo, starting around 123 BPM and gradually increasing to 147 or so. It includes (exclusively, unless I missed something) music that came out last year, including a lot of stuff that found its way onto my favorites list… but also some stuff that didn’t. Compilations are heavily featured once again, including Club Chai Vol. 1, Visceral Minds 2 and Her Records Volume 4.

Episode 105 was recorded live using Traktor, second take because I made a dumb flub in the first ten minutes that I couldn’t live with, even at the expense of not being able to brag “RECORDED LIVE IN ONE TAKE!”
